Who can access the Citizen Participation platform?
Access is free for all citizens. Registration is not required to access and browse the site.
When is registration required?
Only if you access the Participatory Budgets section to open a debate/proposal or to support any initiative proposed by another person through your vote.
To do this, click on the Register link and fill in the requested information. It is required to check the box to accept the terms of use. When you create an account, you will receive an email to the address you specified, and you will have to click on the link it contains (the link that says “Confirm my account”) to finish creating the account.
What requirements are necessary to register?
Enter a “Username” and your email address. To preserve anonymity and limit participation to one email address per person, you must enter your ID/NIE with all the characters together, including the letter at the end.
Who can participate?
People over 16 years old registered in the municipality of Rojales can participate. If you are under 16 years old, your legal guardian will have to fill out the following form to authorize participation.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many supporters are needed for initiatives to be considered by the Department of Citizen Participation?
A minimum of 75 supporters are required.
How can I change my email, username, password, unsubscribe, or turn on/off email notifications?
Click on the Login link, enter your email and password, and press the “Login” button. Once done, click on the My Account link where you will find all the options that will allow you to change your email, username, password, unsubscribe, or enable/disable notifications.
Why can’t I participate if I’m not registered in Rojales?
The creation, support and/or voting of proposals is limited to people registered in Rojales, since it involves making decisions that will affect the municipality and the people who live there. However, if you believe that your contribution or proposal may be useful to the Rojales Citizen Participation Council, you can contact us by clicking on the Contact section.
